Before first cloud use, read the data disclosure with a parent. Take or select a photo, confirm the object and any uncertainties, then choose a question. Read a short explanation, ask a follow-up or explore a related concept. About 5–10 minutes is suggested; there is no enforced time or concept-depth limit.
Save to Discovery Journal; notes are optional. Continue from the home page later without photographing or generating saved content again. The journal is stored only on this device and may be lost if the app is removed or the device is lost. Reading and deleting existing records do not require payment.
The current offer is a one-off pack of 20 successful photo explorations with no automatic renewal. The store shows your regional price. Safety checks, related concepts and follow-ups do not consume extra photo credits; cloud requests remain subject to service rate limits. Failed recognition and cancellation do not use credits.
Paid but not delivered: use Check Unfinished Purchases in the parent area without buying again. Payment alone is not shown as delivered credits until delivery is confirmed. If delivery of a confirmed exploration is interrupted, it is temporarily saved locally; retry from the home photo entry to check it without charging twice. Unconfirmed results that expire are not charged.
Free and purchased credits are recorded on the server for your App Store account. Install with the original store account and connect to check registered balances. Spent credits are not reissued, and restoring credits does not restore the local journal. For an older test build removed before the first upgrade, contact support if its original installation cannot be verified.
Existing subscriptions retain their benefits. Use Restore Existing Subscriptions in the parent area. Manage or cancel in iOS Settings > your name > Subscriptions > this app. Restoring consumables does not reissue spent credits. Apple handles refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com.
If the object is unclear, retake or leave; do not treat a guess as confirmation. Dangerous objects receive safe scientific explanations only, without tasks involving dismantling appliances, fire, dangerous chemicals or tasting unknown substances.
